A former U.S. Navy Tactical Air Traffic Controller and Instructor, he brings a calm, structured approach to coaching. His background in managing and developing real estate teams gives him a practical, results-driven style that supports clients in creating systems, improving performance, and achieving measurable growth.
Lori Brown
Lori brings a uniquely warm, creative, and practical approach to coaching. With decades of experience in real estate, interior design, title and escrow, and community-focused planning, she excels at helping people find clarity, confidence and direction in transitional seasons of life. Lori's strength lies in seeing both the emotional and logistical sides of any challenge - guiding with compassion, creative problem-solving, and grounded, real-world insight. Whether she's helping someone reimagine their environment, navigate a life change or uncover their own strengths, Lori creates a space that feels supportive, inspiring, and genuinely empowering.
Our founder and head coach
Teresa Rosales is an accomplished business coach/consultant with a strong foundation in business strategy, economic development, and organizational leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing both academic rigor and practical insight to her consulting practice.
With extensive experience in real estate financing and economic development, Teresa has advised businesses and public entities on sustainable growth strategies, capital access, and community revitalization. Her leadership in managing a 501(c)(6) Business Improvement District demonstrates her ability to coordinate public-private partnerships, develop strategic initiatives, and drive economic impact in commercial districts.
Teresa brings over a decade of experience in local government, including key roles in economic development, utility communications, and as Chief of Staff to a municipal mayor. Her comprehensive understanding of government operations, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement makes her a valuable asset to organizations navigating the intersection of business and public service.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Teresa frequently presents on topics including customer service excellence, strategic networking, and sales effectiveness.
